MEDIA CREDENTIAL APPLICATION

Please note: assigned seating in working media spaces is based on availability.
Note: professional camera equipment is required for access to the photographer area on match day.
Please note: On-site parking at Camping World Stadium is extremely limited.
Florida Citrus Sports will make every effort to accommodate requests but
cannot guarantee passes for all approved media.  A typical ratio is one
parking pass for every two members of an approved media outlet.

Photos must be:

  • NO BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOS - COLOR PHOTOS ONLY
  • JPG format (filename ending with the ".jpg" extension)
  • Larger than 50KB in size, but smaller than 1MB
  • A minimum of 480 x 640 pixels

You may be asked to provide a new photo if it contains one or more of the following:

  • Hat or head covering (religious head covering is exempt)
  • Eyes closed or dark/sunglasses. Must be able to see eyes clearly
  • Blurry/pixelated
  • Too dark/light
  • Stretched

    Working Role Definitions

    Note: All match day credentials include access to overall Camping World Stadium campus.
    Credentialed personnel will not require an event ticket for entry.

     

    Broadcast & Production Crew - Access to stadium 'back of house' areas and media areas.

    Access to field where applicable.

     

    Club Staff - Access to team facilities, team bench area and stadium 'back of house' areas.

    Access to media areas, suites and field as needed.

     

    Event Staff - Access to stadium 'back of house' areas.

    Access to team facilities & team bench area, media areas, suites and field where applicable.

     

    Match Official - Access to team facilities, team bench area and stadium 'back of house' areas.

     

    Media - Access to team facilities, team bench area and stadium 'back of house' areas.

    Access to media areas, suites and field as needed.

     

    Public Safety - Access to team facilities & team bench area, stadium 'back of house' areas, media areas, suites and field.

     

    Event Sponsor - Access to stadium 'back of house' areas. Access to suites and field where applicable.

     

    Venue Staff - Access to stadium 'back of house' areas. Access to team facilities & team bench area, media areas, suites and field where applicable.

     

    Vendor - Access to stadium 'back of house' areas. Access to media areas and suites where applicable.

     

    VIP Guest - Access to stadium 'back of house' areas. Access to field where applicable.

     

    Volunteer - Access to stadium 'back of house' areas. Access to team facilities & team bench area, media areas, suites and field where applicable.
